Congratulations To Our 2017 POWER Graduates

Thirty-two participants in our POWER Program completed a comprehensive, twenty-six week professional home day care training program here at Waterbury Youth Services. A graduation ceremony was held to celebrate their success! The program assists participants in acquiring the skills and licenses to operate their own business or work in the area of childcare!
